Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board (DPCDSB)

Located just west of the City of Toronto, on the north shore of Lake Ontario, and less than a 30 minute drive to Toronto and a 90 minute drive to Niagara Falls, the Dufferin-Peel CDSB is home to the Toronto Pearson International Airport Canada’s largest airport.  The region boats and extensive network of local and regional train, and bus services with direct connections to 16 universities and colleges within a 60 kilometer radius.  Dufferin-Peel CDSB represents one of the most culturally diverse and vibrant areas of the province.  We represent the city of Brampton, Mississauga, Caledon, Orangeville and Bolton.  Students will enjoy themselves in our region with the many cultural, sporting, entertainment facilities located within a short distance from school and homestay.
 
In the Dufferin-Peel CDSB we take pride in serving the diverse learning needs of students and their families in community with parents, school staff and our support staff.  Our schools are safe, caring communities.  We place the student at the center of learning and we accommodate needs of each individual student to ensure the success of all of our students.  Students can access support from our Child and Youth Workers, Social Workers as needed.  We treat all students with respect and dignity and we reflect our catholic traditions in our learning environments.
 
Our schools are vibrant places with many extra-curricular sports, clubs, teams, activities.   We encourage our International students to become activity involved in the total life of the school to make their time here most enjoyable. We have schools with Specialist High Skills Majors in many different industry sector areas of focus as well as International Baccalaureate Program and Advanced Placement programs.  We have regional Arts and Sports schools as well.
